About the Role

The Sr. Project Coordinator manages multiple complex, large‑scale fiber SMB and enterprise construction projects, coordinating advanced repairs, maintenance, and builds of Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) and Fiber‑to‑the‑Home (FTTH) architectures. • Establish collaborative relationships among project and constituent groups to promote integrated systems. • Facilitate and coordinate work of multiple project teams for new client projects. • Identify and remove barriers to project completion, focusing on subcontractor issues. • Facilitate decision‑making and act as liaison between project managers, adjudicating disagreements. • Provide timely project status updates to managers and escalate unresolved problems. • Maintain and update company database; generate custom reports, pivot tables, and use VLookup. • Serve as primary contact with external vendors and consultants on strategic and technical matters. • Collaborate with PM on driver/work completion questions and budget inquiries. • Complete PARS requests and coordinate with corporate staff on budgets and purchasing. • Create vendor purchase orders based on approved OOMs and assignments. • Research to support PM teams on budgets, quote discrepancies, PO issues, and vendor report conflicts. • Analyze project finances to reconcile variances in budgets, vendor POs, and approved OOMs. • Assist in financial true‑up at commercial milestones and process vendor check requests. • Follow instructions, respond to management direction, and keep commitments. • Set, establish, and communicate clear goals and objectives. • Participate in 401(k) with company match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
