About the Role
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers, overseeing task execution, budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. • Conduct periodic, objective employee evaluations. • Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects. • Assist technical leadership with training and mentoring initiatives. • Coordinate and assign system design and project engineering tasks to the team. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Manage construction administration, including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, addenda, and monthly invoicing. • Monitor project receivables and liaise with clients to expedite payments. • Oversee correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts, including add‑service agreements. • Lead coordination meetings and supervise report preparation and system analysis. • Supervise 2–3 employees and act as EOR or Project Manager for projects up to $100 M in construction cost.

What You Bring
• Hold a current PE license and possess healthcare design experience; experience with federal, critical facilities, commercial, or aviation projects is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical engineering and 12+ years of MEP experience. • Demonstrate strong organizational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in design software and MS Office/Adobe tools. • Knowledge of ROM construction costs, life‑cycle costing, and legal aspects of construction documentation. • Ability to prepare full construction bid documents, manage multiple assignments, and deliver seminars or publications.
