About the Role
KBR is looking for a Program Manager (TS/SCI required) to work on site in Albuquerque, NM, supporting the Space Systems Command Innovation and Prototyping Delta (SSC/SZI). The position will provide program management support across all contract functions, ensuring alignment with the mission and customer expectations. The role involves managing resources, personnel, and services for areas such as quality, safety, security, and risk. The manager will build and sustain a proactive, efficient program team that adapts quickly to changing mission requirements while maintaining high‑quality work, open communication, and strong collaboration with the Government team. Key duties include preparing and conducting formal Program Management Reviews and informal status meetings, reporting all contractor and subcontractor labor hours through a secure system, and delivering a Gantt chart with an Integrated Master Schedule and material list. The manager will also handle subcontractor integration, respond to Government requests promptly, and coordinate corrective actions, vendor management, and resource allocation to meet contract obligations. • Manage resources, personnel, and services for contract functions such as quality, safety, security, and risk. • Build and maintain a proactive program team responsive to mission changes. • Conduct Program Management Reviews and informal status meetings as defined in the contract. • Report contractor and subcontractor labor hours through the secure Contract Manpower Reporting Application. • Provide a Gantt chart, Integrated Master Schedule, and material list to achieve performance objectives. • Oversee subcontractor performance and integrate subcontracted work into the contract. • Respond to Government requests and allocate appropriate resources to meet contractual timelines.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an active U.S. TS/SCI clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and possess a PMP certification and a bachelor's degree—preferably in science, engineering, or management. Five to ten years of DoD or related project management experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a secure, confined environment are required, with minimal travel expected. • Hold an active U.S. TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification. • Possess a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or management and 5‑10 years of DoD project management experience. • Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Desired: knowledge of SSC/SZI mission, advanced STEM degree, and familiarity with ground operations and digital engineering.

Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $137,000 to $205,500 (New Mexico), a standard 40‑hour work week, and minimal travel (0‑20%).
