About the Role
• Lead installation of electrical systems that connect solar arrays to the residential grid. • Ensure all work meets NEC and local code standards. • Perform assigned solar battery installations. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues. • Plan and safely execute Main Panel Upgrades (MPU). • Coordinate system upgrades or repairs with branch teams and homeowners. • Collaborate with local inspectors to satisfy regulatory requirements.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate experience with wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC and residential service replacement. • Hold a valid Journeyman/Electrician license and maintain a clean driving record. • Travel up to 5% of the time and lift up to 100 lb with assistance. • Work on rooftops, in confined spaces, and in varied outdoor conditions using required PPE.
