About the Role

Under general supervision, the Data Specialist gathers and inputs daily operational data, ensuring it is correctly entered and ready for review by the Operations Analyst by the end of each workday. • Communicate daily with drivers via designated platforms to resolve missing time‑clock entries. • Validate driver and helper check‑in/out data, OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS records. • Verify Next Day Optimization (NDO) data for accuracy. • Manage and close customer tickets each day. • Support data collection and reporting for incentive‑pay programs. • Perform landfill reconciliation and area‑disposal reporting; update accounts in MAS as needed. • Share responsibility with the Business Manager to maintain data and site records. • Perform repetitive motions and coordinate eye/hand/foot movements.
