About the Role
• Inspect and maintain air‑conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units • Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines • Service refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps • Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems and adjust internal control systems • Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in HVAC system planning and design • Maintain detailed maintenance records to ensure compliance with city, state, and EPA regulations • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment • Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards

Qualified candidates have at least three years of practical HVAC experience, can lift or move up to 50 lb, and are able to perform physical tasks such as standing, crawling, climbing ladders, and working on rooftops. A high school diploma or GED and a valid, insurable driver’s license are required. Preferred attributes include a basic understanding of building automation controls, strong written and verbal communication, and familiarity with Salesforce or ServiceMax. • Minimum 3 + years practical HVAC industry experience • Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lb and perform physical tasks (stand, crawl, climb ladders, work on rooftops) • High School Diploma or GED • Valid driver’s license insurable by the company’s insurance carrier • Basic understanding of building automation controls (preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred) • Experience with Salesforce and ServiceMax is a plus (preferred)
