About the Role
• Prepare and generate offer letters according to compensation, leveling, and policies • Coordinate offer approvals with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and finance • Send offers to candidates and track acceptance, declines, and negotiations • Manage pre‑employment requirements such as background checks, references, and eligibility verification • Communicate next steps clearly to candidates after offer acceptance • Initiate and track onboarding workflows in HRIS/onboarding systems • Collect and verify new hire documentation (I‑9, tax forms, agreements, policy acknowledgments) • Coordinate start dates and align recruiting, HR, Training, and hiring managers • Provide new hires with onboarding schedules, welcome materials, and first‑day instructions • Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed prior to Day One • Serve as point of contact for new hires on Day One to troubleshoot issues • Coordinate introductions and handoffs to Training and HR • Facilitate smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding and ongoing employee lifecycle ownership • Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies for offers and onboarding • Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems • Track onboarding completion metrics and resolve outstanding items promptly • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to offer and onboarding workflows

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from offer through Day One, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong relationships with Talent Acquisition partners. The role requires coordinating offers, pre‑employment checks, and seamless transition into the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role, is proficient with ATS and HR software, and possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities are essential for managing multiple openings in a fast‑paced environment.
