About the Role
In this role you will collaborate with sales, production, and management to maintain clear communication and meet department productivity and quality goals. You will keep job files audit‑ready and handle various procurement duties as assigned. • Review sales contracts and spec sheets for material, charge, and scope accuracy • Identify missing information or product errors and resolve them with Pre‑site Techs and managers • Prepare and submit product orders to vendors with correct pricing and purchase orders • Enter sales orders into Acumatica, generate purchase orders, and maintain audit‑ready job files • Process Work Order Changes quickly and disseminate updates to production teams • Coordinate with vendors to track materials, confirm costs, and address delivery issues • Partner with sales, production, and management to ensure seamless communication • Meet department productivity and quality goals while maintaining accurate records • Handle return‑to‑vendor requests and other assigned procurement duties • Prompt reporting of sick or late absences required

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a team‑oriented problem solver with experience in residential remodeling, construction, or procurement. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to learn Salesforce and Acumatica are essential, as are excellent organization, detail orientation, and communication skills. The position is based in an office with a business‑casual dress code, Monday‑Friday schedule, and bi‑weekly payroll at $24 per hour. Physical requirements include occasional lifting of 50+ lb and the ability to sit, stand, reach, and use hands and arms. • Experience in residential remodeling, construction, or procurement (preferred) • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat • Ability to quickly learn Salesforce and Acumatica software • Strong attention to detail and effective time‑management • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • High school diploma required; college coursework a plus • Occasional lifting of 50+ lb; ability to sit, stand, reach, and use hands/arms • Criminal background check required
