About the Role
• Develop safe, efficient structural solutions and perform design analysis with calculations. • Lead a team of senior engineers, engineers, CAD and Revit technicians to deliver project work. • Conduct design checks and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines. • Review designs to meet delivery timelines and program schedules. • Ensure all design work complies with Mott MacDonald quality standards.

What You Bring
• Possess 15+ years of international experience in structural design of buildings and related structures. • Demonstrated expertise in RCC, PT and structural steel design. • Proven ability to manage teams and meet project deliverables on time. • Experienced in preparing bids, proposals, and estimating man‑hours and fees. • Skilled in creating dashboard presentations, preferably using Power BI. • Knowledgeable of various structural framing systems. • Proficient in dynamic analysis of high‑rise buildings according to international codes. • Competent with design software such as ETABS, SAFE, RAM Concept, Robot, STAAD, RAPT, etc. • Familiar with BIM processes and proficient in Revit Structure. • Well‑versed in international design standards and codes. • Agile and safe working environment.
