About the Role
The Leasing Consultant will implement the leasing and marketing program, promote a positive image of the apartment community, and support management with resident programs and retention efforts. Day‑to‑day duties involve touring the community for prospective residents, handling lease applications, organizing resident events, collecting rent, conducting marketing research, and maintaining a strong closing ratio. • Tour community and assist prospective residents, process lease applications, and prepare leases • Plan and attend resident events • Collect and secure rental payments • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio per property expectations
