About the Role

As a Senior Sales Manager – Drilling Fluids you will enhance sales force effectiveness through productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory management and incentive programs, while overseeing the Salesforce CRM platform and commercial planning, including forecasting and Inquiry‑to‑Order processes. You will maintain data integrity across commercial and core systems, manage complex client‑specific products, lead long‑term sales cycles and contract negotiations, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to serve key business‑unit clients in large, high‑growth markets. • Drive sales force effectiveness via productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory management and incentive programs. • Oversee Salesforce CRM platform and commercial planning, including forecasting and Inquiry‑to‑Order processes. • Maintain data integrity across commercial and core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs). • Manage complex, client‑specific products and systems requiring technical expertise and tailored solutions. • Lead long‑term sales processes and negotiate contracts for sales, rental, operation and maintenance. • Serve key business‑unit clients and coordinate cross‑functional sales teams (engineering, legal, risk, finance). • Operate within large, complex markets with significant growth potential. • Provide flexible working hours to accommodate personal productivity. • Offer contemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities. • Provide comprehensive private medical care, life‑insurance and disability programs.

What You Bring

The successful candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and brings extensive experience in sales, commercial operations and Drilling Fluids, with at least ten years in the field. Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem‑solving and project‑management skills are required, along with the ability to plan, document, market and execute programs. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and at least ten years of Drilling Fluids experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
