About the Role
As a Front Desk Clerk you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and memorable during check‑in, check‑out, and throughout their stay. You will manage reservations, process invoices and payments, and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests. The role also includes providing information on resort amenities and local attractions while maintaining front‑desk supplies and documentation. • Ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable during check‑in, check‑out, and request handling • Input information into the computerized reservation system to update and maintain records • Generate invoices, collect monies due through rental program and merchandise sales, and maintain safety deposit boxes • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact appropriate departmental personnel • Prepare and consistently restock the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication skills, and the ability to adapt to schedule changes and multitask. Prior cash handling and data‑entry experience is required, and hospitality experience or bilingual abilities are a plus. Candidates must be able to prioritize duties to meet deadlines and provide excellent service. • Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
