About the Role

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost; develop and maintain Project Management Plan and fee budget. • Conduct value engineering to identify savings and ensure equivalent material substitutions. • Lead on‑site stakeholder engagement, communicate client goals, and coordinate with cost management for estimates and budget reconciliation. • Drive permitting process, oversee entitlement and zoning approvals, and ensure compliance with design standards. • Perform constructability reviews, develop procurement, construction, fit‑out, and close‑out strategies, and negotiate contracts and claims. • Delegate tasks to the project team, maintain project documentation, and implement process improvements. • Monitor and adjust scope throughout the project lifecycle, providing recommendations as needed.

What You Bring

• Require 10+ years of project/construction management experience, preferably on municipal facilities such as fire stations, police stations, libraries, or DPW projects. • BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field; preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, RA, AIA, LEED. • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and self‑development skills; ability to work in compressed timeframes.
