About the Role
The role leads the delivery of an assigned package, overseeing time, cost and quality while supervising contractors and the site supervision team. It ensures strict safety compliance, administers FIDIC or standalone contracts, resolves site issues, and communicates progress and scope changes to clients and subcontractors. The position also develops execution, health & safety, and quality plans, monitors staff performance, and represents AECOM in client meetings. • Lead delivery of assigned package (time, cost, quality) • Supervise contractors to meet specifications and milestones • Direct supervision team for daily site inspections • Maintain high safety standards and ensure contractor compliance • Administer FIDIC‑based or standalone contracts • Resolve site issues and present progress to client team • Discuss scope changes with client and key subcontractors • Follow up on project instructions and commitments • Establish Project Execution, Health & Safety, and Quality Control plans • Set program requirements and monitor site staff performance • Plan, direct, supervise, and control technical, fiscal, and administrative functions • Assign responsibilities to subordinates and contribute to performance reviews • Collaborate with managers, engineers, and discipline heads on budgets and schedules • Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and risks to management • Conduct internal weekly meetings to review status and define action items • Represent AECOM in client meetings • Monitor construction health and safety and address violations
