About the Role
As a critical member of the team, you will perform a variety of engineering tasks while receiving on‑the‑job and formal training, mentorship, and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions. You will collaborate on site development projects, contributing to design, permitting, cost estimating, and bid preparation. • Perform site development engineering and project management tasks for various land development projects. • Complete site design, permitting, and use software such as hydrology modeling, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. • Conduct research, coordinate efforts, estimate costs, and prepare bid packages and technical specifications. • Contribute to plan production, project financials, and client interactions while receiving mentorship.

What You Bring

This position is on‑site and not remote. • Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program. • Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Show strong urgency, self‑initiative, and ability to meet client deadlines. • Be detail‑oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a positive environment.
