What You Bring
We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Electrician to join our team at HMP Erlestoke, a Category C adult male prison. Join a supportive, driven family working Monday to Friday to create a safe and nurturing environment. We are a Ministry of Justice business delivering critical, time‑bound services to HMPPS. We are looking for an Electrician with at least two years’ experience on commercial or industrial electrical systems, a strong knowledge of planned preventive maintenance, and the following qualifications: C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) with NVQ Level 3, and a BS7671 2018 (18th edition) certificate. Good health and safety knowledge and excellent organisational, time‑management and people skills are also required. • Minimum two years’ experience as an electrician on commercial/industrial systems. • Proficient in planned preventive maintenance of electrical installations. • Qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). • Hold BS7671 2018 (18th edition) certification. • Possess strong health & safety knowledge. • Demonstrate excellent organisational, time‑management and interpersonal skills.

Job Role: Electrician. Location: HM Prison Erlestoke, Erlestoke House, Erlestoke, Devizes SN10 5TU. Salary: £40,579.20 per annum (includes £1k RRA) plus overtime payments after 6 months. Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
