About the Role

• Supervise overall financial health of projects • Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections • Allocate project estimates into the financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices • Provide financials and billings to Accounting, create monthly owner billings • Handle subcontracts and suppliers, manage budget and selections • Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, provide job assignments and training • Serve as primary contact with owner and on‑site representative • Resolve site concerns, manage change orders, and obtain approvals • Maintain schedule and budget while managing quality, risk, safety, and compliance

What You Bring

The position demands a bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field or equivalent experience, at least eight years of construction or project management experience, and the ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously. Candidates must possess strong listening and communication skills, basic understanding of construction law, and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and related web applications. A positive professional attitude, strong customer service focus, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 100% are also required. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience • Minimum eight years of construction or project management experience • Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects • Strong active listening and communication skills, receptive to diverse input • Basic knowledge of construction law and standard business practices • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management, and web applications • Positive professional attitude and strong customer service orientation • Ability to interpret and apply Mortenson policies • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 100%

Compensation ranges from $144,300 to $216,500, with higher rates in specific locations, and includes eligibility for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
