About the Role
• Lead and manage the cost estimating department, overseeing estimators. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cost estimates for projects and products. • Supervise estimators directly and coordinate multi‑disciplinary cost management across concurrent projects. • Interact with clients to receive instructions, prepare and negotiate proposals, and deliver final work products. • Manage quality assurance and control programs within the estimating team.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BA/BS degree and have at least eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include five years of data‑center construction experience, leadership of multi‑disciplinary cost‑management teams across several concurrent projects, direct client interaction for proposals and negotiations, and management of quality‑assurance programs. • BA/BS degree with at least 8 years of related experience (or equivalent). • Minimum 5 years of data‑center construction experience (strongly preferred). • Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary cost teams on multiple projects. • Strong client‑facing skills for proposal preparation and negotiation. • Experience overseeing quality‑assurance programs.

Benefits

The offered compensation ranges from $120,000 to $170,000, based on location and individual qualifications, and the work‑location model is hybrid in Dallas, Texas.
