About the Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for providing effective support in quantity and cost estimation, project financial control, and contract administration across diverse, large‑scale developments, often in challenging environments. Your primary duties include preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices. You will also maintain strict contractual and commercial oversight, manage risks, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. Beyond technical expertise, you will foster effective interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration and drive continuous improvement in general practices, contributing to the success of both projects and the broader business. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Ensure estimates align with international standards and best practices. • Maintain strict contractual and commercial oversight throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify and manage project risks, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Foster interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. • Drive continuous improvement of general practices and processes.
