About the Role
Our Connector Business Unit in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee first‑shift production processes and supervise hourly employees. The role focuses on continuous improvement, increasing productivity, enhancing efficiency, and minimizing costs. • Supervise machinists and machine operators on first shift. • Assign daily tasks and activities for the machine shop. • Ensure direct reports are trained and current on required processes. • Maintain and address gaps in the cross‑training matrix. • Manage talent by setting performance objectives and conducting reviews. • Promote a safety‑first culture aiming for zero incidents. • Pursue zero quality issues in the assigned area. • Oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance and risk. • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the machine shop.

What You Bring
• Apply basic knowledge of blueprints, calipers, and typical machine‑shop procedures. • Utilize general computer skills and Microsoft Office tools. • Demonstrate strong organization and excellent written and oral communication. • Possess at least two years of CNC mill and lathe operation or programming experience.
