About the Role
The Manager will oversee all aspects of facilities related to space management as defined in the contract scope and will report to the Hub Lead. In this role, the individual is accountable for service delivery at designated locations, measured against contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements. The FM provides operational leadership, ensuring regional account objectives are met and delivering client and tenant satisfaction. Functional accountability includes managing a portfolio of client sites and aligning property‑specific operating strategies with client goals. JLL takes privacy seriously and collects personal information solely for recruitment purposes, safeguarding data with appropriate security measures and retaining it only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal reasons. Candidates can review detailed handling of their data in the Candidate Privacy Statement and related privacy notices. • Manage all space‑management facilities per contract scope and report to Hub Lead. • Deliver service performance at assigned client sites, meeting KPI and SLA targets. • Provide operational leadership to achieve regional account objectives and client/tenant satisfaction. • Collaborate with local clients to develop and implement property‑specific operating strategies. • Oversee implementation of approved initiatives, coordinating service providers, contractors and building staff. • Work on‑site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule. • Apply even without meeting all requirements; AI is used to match candidates to role criteria.
