What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Management preferred, and possess five or more years of experience managing warehouse or inventory operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems is required, along with the ability to learn company‑specific software. Knowledge of technical construction specifications—including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components—is also essential, and a Certified Professional in Supply Management designation is desired. Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical problem‑solving, and a commitment to ethical behavior are required. The successful leader will employ a servant‑leadership style, manage staff efficiently, prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and take calculated independent actions.
