About the Role
Interns support engineering teams on demanding, collaborative designs, learning from seasoned professionals while contributing innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. The fast‑paced work and close camaraderie provide a unique learning opportunity. • Assist engineers in preparing design documentation. • Create AutoCAD and Revit drawings for mechanical systems. • Perform design calculations and size building mechanical systems. • Conduct field investigations and construction site visits. • Attend lunch‑and‑learn sessions in the intern education program. • Participate in the Intern Education Program with hands‑on project experience.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates thrive in team settings, can work independently when required, and are eager to expand their knowledge using technical resources. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, be at least in their second year, and possess basic design software skills. • Pursue a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum sophomore year). • Prior engineering internship or co‑op experience is a plus. • Knowledge of current MEP AutoCAD and Revit versions is advantageous. • Basic proficiency with design/calculation software and MS Office. • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
