About the Role

The role involves handling repair and non‑repair enquiries for housing properties, ensuring appointments meet contractual commitments, diagnosing issues via the branch operating system, and maintaining professional communication with service users, clients and stakeholders. • Handle all repair and non‑repair queries promptly and professionally. • Book appointments in line with contractual commitments. • Accurately diagnose repairs using the branch operating system. • Communicate updates clearly with service users, clients and internal/external stakeholders. • Record and respond to communications according to standard operating procedures.

Benefits
