About the Role
As a Service Coordinator you will be an active member of a team working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will operate in a busy and varied environment and be part of a high‑performance culture focused on meeting customer expectations while maintaining quality standards and timely deliveries. You will be accountable for managing service workflows, scheduling technicians, handling calls, and ensuring efficient task flow using ERP systems. • Develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, both face‑to‑face and remote • Follow procedures to deliver professional service to all stakeholders • Effectively schedule technicians and service appointments to maximise balanced productivity • Monitor and maintain proper flow of tasks • Manage jobs using ERP systems • Answer calls with an emphasis on first‑call resolution
