About the Role
The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams, engaging directly with agencies, communities, and stakeholders to support transparent, informed decision‑making, and can be performed in‑office, hybrid, or fully remote based on location. • Support routing and siting for electric transmission projects. • Collaborate effectively with teams and engage stakeholders. • Conduct routing and siting studies and develop transmission project analyses. • Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations. • Represent ERM at agency meetings and public open houses. • Foster collaboration across ERM’s global impact assessment team.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Science, Natural Resources, Geography, Land Use Planning, Cultural Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Possess 4+ years of consulting or industry experience on power sector projects. • Demonstrate exceptional writing, organizational, communication, and strategic thinking abilities. • Travel up to 15% as required. • (Preferred) Understand impact assessment issues such as wetlands, protected species, and cultural resources. • (Preferred) Know transmission line siting and construction best practices. • Position does not qualify for immigration sponsorship.
