About the Role

As a member of the leadership team, the CMO will drive a strategic, insight‑driven, client‑focused marketing function that links business goals, brand strategy, and client engagement across all markets and disciplines. Marketing under this leadership will serve as a core catalyst for growth, innovation, and enterprise alignment. What You Bring

Candidates must be based in Holmdel, NJ, and will be expected to travel to the headquarters as needed. The role requires a senior marketer with at least 15 years of experience in complex, multi‑division organizations, a proven record of delivering integrated strategies that generate measurable growth, and deep expertise in brand, client engagement, and data‑driven marketing, preferably within professional services. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in complex, multi‑division organizations. • Proven success developing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. • Deep understanding of brand strategy, client engagement, and data‑driven marketing, ideally in professional services. • Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, performance metrics, and ROI analysis. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change‑management skills to inspire diverse teams. • Ability to balance strategic vision with disciplined execution across functions and markets. • Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $280,000 annually, depending on qualifications, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
