About the Role

The Associate Account Executive (AAE) is a remote sales role that supports multiple local field Account Executive teams. In this position you will engage in business development activities, generate quality leads through prospecting and list‑building, and close self‑prospected opportunities to help achieve team and company objectives. Key duties include making outbound cold calls to potential customers, collaborating with Account Executives to develop targeted lead lists, and using Salesforce CRM to track prospects, decision makers, timelines, and sales activities. You will log all inbound and outbound calls, manage lead and opportunity stages for accurate forecasting, and coordinate schedules and calendars for the AE team. Participation in AE team huddles, sales meetings, training, and team‑focused calling initiatives is also required. • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales. • Build and maintain targeted lead lists in partnership with Account Executives. • Record prospect information, decision‑makers, timelines, and activities accurately in Salesforce. • Log inbound and outbound calls using Salesforce phone software. • Manage lead and opportunity stages in Salesforce for accurate forecasting. • Create and share schedules/calendar for AE team lead‑calling. • Facilitate AE team huddles and collaborate on lead feedback. • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and team‑focused calling initiatives. • Share best practices with the AAE team to improve overall performance. • Build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Successful candidates will possess outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time‑management abilities, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset. Relationship‑building experience and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams are essential. The role requires 0–2 years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing capacity that involves identifying and addressing customer needs.
