About the Role
The role is responsible for leading bid‑to‑win activities for smart‑city, infrastructure and sustainability projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including sales, design, category, and engineering—to ensure proposals have the right cost structures, realistic timelines, and clear risk mitigation strategies. A key focus is to organize and strengthen a robust vendor ecosystem covering both material suppliers and subcontractors, enabling business growth in the assigned verticals. Early engagement with stakeholders allows you to identify improvement opportunities, develop new processes, and build capabilities that support successful project delivery. • Review and qualify all smart city, infrastructure, and sustainability bids in the pipeline with the sales team. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and category teams to define scope, BOQ, and installation requirements. • Build and maintain a strong vendor ecosystem, including material suppliers and subcontractors, to support vertical growth. • Identify and assess technology, contractual, location, schedule, resource, quality, and safety risks, and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders. • Secure engineering sign‑offs, manage technical data sheets, and ensure vendor compliance. • Negotiate optimal pricing on approved BOQs and drive cost‑effective execution, especially for government projects. • Coordinate on‑site execution with field teams to meet customer commitments and project timelines.
