About the Role

The director will design and implement a comprehensive growth plan that targets revenue, market share, and profitability, with annual targets for growth and margin. Responsibilities include establishing a go‑to‑market strategy, leveraging a new end‑to‑end revenue generation engine that encompasses targeting, digital marketing, prospecting, pricing, and competitive solutioning, and maintaining rigorous data hygiene in Salesforce. The role will also manage a robust, recurring sales pipeline, collaborate with the segmentation team to uncover new opportunities, and work with Commercial Operations to monitor competitor activity and optimize pricing. Leadership is a core component of the position; the director will mentor and motivate extended teams, create a growth culture, and guide the organization through change or crisis. The leader is expected to champion cross‑selling across Cushman & Wakefield service lines, build integrated buyer solutions, and serve as a thought leader both internally and externally. What You Bring

Candidates must have at least ten years of sales or business development experience with a proven record of sustained success, preferably selling facility services to logistics or manufacturing clients. Required skills include strong analytical ability, data‑driven decision making, excellent written and verbal communication, influencing capabilities, and proficiency with CRM software. Experience guiding cross‑functional teams and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously is also required. • Require 10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, specifically in facility services for logistics/manufacturing. • Demonstrated success meeting revenue, market share, and margin targets. • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills; proficient with CRM tools.

Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $148,750 to $175,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off.
