About the Role

The Shift Engineer / Site Engineer role in the Property and Asset Management team ensures that all technical services remain operational during shift duties, supporting the Property Manager and coordinating technical issues with clients and occupants. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining electromechanical and utility services with a technician team, planning and executing preventive maintenance, conducting regular site inspections, reviewing staff work, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for assets, defect liability periods, and AMC/CAMC trackers. The role also involves hiring and developing maintenance staff, budgeting, monitoring SLAs and KPIs for internal and outsourced teams, overseeing vendor contracts and invoices, implementing energy‑conservation measures, and ensuring safety permits and procedures are followed. • Manage and maintain electromechanical and utilities services with a technician team. • Develop and execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules. • Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and defects. • Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance. • Oversee documentation, defect liability, AMC/CAMC tracking, and equipment history cards. • Recruit, train, and develop maintenance personnel. • Control budgeting and monitor SLAs and KPIs for internal and outsourced teams. • Manage vendor quotations, invoices, agreement renewals, and monthly vendor meetings. • Implement energy‑conservation initiatives and maintain monthly reading sheets. • Ensure safety permits, safe work practices, and participate in emergency response drills.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent) and have 3‑5 years of experience in real estate, hotel, or construction, preferably with residential site exposure. They must be analytical, meticulous, possess strong problem‑solving skills, and excel at coordinating across multiple teams. • Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 3‑5 years experience in real estate, hotel, or construction (residential preferred). • Strong analytical, meticulous, and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple teams. • On‑site posting in Mumbai, 48‑hour weekly schedule, and equal‑opportunity policies.
