About the Role
The Labourer is responsible for day‑to‑day housekeeping of our development sites and assists the site production team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Internal applicants should inform their line manager if they wish to apply for this role. • Open and secure storage containers and plots. • Prepare job site and maintain general housekeeping. • Unload and store deliveries. • Assist site team and specialised trades. • Keep walkways clear and manage traffic. • Maintain high workmanship standards.
