About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role focuses on all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, requiring on‑site presence, lead generation, tours, lease processing, and support for resident satisfaction and retention programs. • Show, lease, and process move‑in paperwork for prospective residents. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, and maintain model units. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and keep accurate leasing data. • Meet or exceed leasing goals using established sales and marketing strategies. • Perform administrative tasks, including lease audits and unit turn processes. • Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure overall resident satisfaction. • Assist in creating and executing resident retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Contribute to office, common area, and model unit upkeep and cleaning. • Support annual marketing plan implementation and conduct ongoing market surveys. • Maintain product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service‑request response times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor. • Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working varied environments, including overtime, weekends, and adverse weather.
