About the Role
The National Accounts Sales Manager will develop, manage, and grow relationships with national and multi‑regional construction clients. The role combines strategic account management, business development, and cross‑market coordination to deliver consistent service, drive revenue, and support long‑term partnerships. This position works closely with operations, estimating, and executive leadership to align sales strategy with project execution. • Achieve annual booking targets through proactive sales and lead qualification. • Conduct site surveys, evaluate mechanical systems, and propose replacement, retrofit, or modification solutions. • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals using company pricing standards. • Expand existing client relationships by offering tailored, value‑added services. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with timely follow‑up on leads and referrals. • Build long‑term partnerships by addressing client concerns promptly and delivering cost‑effective solutions. • Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to select vendors, ensure timely procurement, and support seamless project execution. • Prepare accurate reports, booking packages, and documentation for delays, changes, or special conditions. • Negotiate large, complex contracts and long‑term agreements with senior executives. • Utilize CRM systems and sales reporting tools to track performance.
