About the Role
• Monitor market trends across colocation, hyperscalers, and neocloud segments. • Translate insights into unique value propositions to position Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor. • Engage Lines of Business to incorporate the voice of the customer into solution development. • Track ecosystem influencers such as private equity firms, A&E firms, and chip manufacturers. • Collaborate with training and sales enablement teams to create consistent segment content. • Partner with prioritized zones to deliver tailored training and enablement aligned with growth objectives. • Work with Segment Solution Architects on training content and career development paths. • Lead creation and global deployment of a comprehensive segment playbook covering market trends, challenges, and UVPs.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in cloud, colocation, or data‑center segments with a proven strategic leadership record. • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and ecosystem players. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Ability to influence in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multi‑regional environment. • Skills: strategic thinking, market analysis, customer‑centric mindset, sales enablement, cross‑functional leadership, presentation/storytelling. • Global role requiring travel flexibility.

Benefits
The position is based in the United States with an annual compensation range of $165,500 to $220,000, which includes base salary and short‑term incentive. Pay within this range is determined by performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
