About the Role
The role supports JLL’s client Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) by providing engineering program support and backup to the Regional Engineering Manager. Responsibilities include managing Asset Life Cycle & Reliability, D&C closeout, commissioning, and MEP employee comfort systems. The position ensures consistency with standards and GREF programs while enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Day‑to‑day activities involve owning program processes, keeping asset lifecycle and CapEx documentation current, and assisting with MEP troubleshooting, repairs, and new build standards. The incumbent partners with site teams to create, recommend and approve engineering programs such as planned outages, ACDC and COE, and uses data trends to anticipate system issues. They also manage Corrigo MEP assets, preventative maintenance programs, and warranty tracking to meet JACS coding requirements. Collaboration with SFMs and FMs supports global engineering and sustainability requests, driving customer satisfaction. • Own and maintain Asset Life Cycle and CapEx program documentation. • Support Regional Engineering Manager with MEP troubleshooting, repairs, and new‑build standard compliance. • Partner with site teams to create, recommend, and approve engineering programs such as Planned Outages, ACDC, and COE. • Analyze data trends to identify potential system issues and proactively address hot/cold calls and emergency work orders. • Manage Corrigo MEP assets and Preventative Maintenance Programs, ensuring accurate JACS coding. • Oversee warranty programs, recording device warranty dates and ensuring compliance with MEP standards. • Collaborate with SFMs and FMs to gather site‑specific information for global engineering and sustainability initiatives. • Assist in D&C closeout and commissioning processes for new facilities.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a BS in technology or engineering (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing preferred) and have 3‑5+ years of program‑management experience delivering large‑scale projects. Strong leadership, conflict‑resolution, detail‑orientation, and independent critical‑thinking skills are essential. Preferred experience includes asset‑life‑cycle and CapEx program management, D&C closeout, MEP system optimization, Corrigo, JACS coding, and warranty program administration. • BS degree in technology or engineering (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing preferred). • 3‑5+ years of program‑management experience on large‑scale platform projects. • Proven leadership ability to influence stakeholders under tight deadlines. • Strong conflict‑resolution and impediment‑management skills in cross‑functional teams. • Independent critical thinker capable of guiding teams through competing priorities. • Experience developing processes and applying project‑management principles for improved outcomes. • Experience with Asset Life Cycle, Reliability and CapEx program management. • Background in D&C closeout, commissioning, and MEP system optimization. • Familiarity with Corrigo, JACS coding, and warranty tracking systems. • Ability to communicate program scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation to leadership.

Benefits
The position is based onsite in Redmond, WA, with an estimated total compensation range of $126,800 – $190,200 per year, subject to qualifications and market conditions.
