About the Role
The Project Support role assists in project planning, construction, and close‑out activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, entering data into multiple software systems, preparing reports, tracking permits and submittals, and supporting the Project Manager in monitoring cost, schedule, safety, and quality. • Set up and maintain project folders and files throughout all phases. • Enter estimates, production data, and job logs into multiple software systems. • Activate new jobs, manage requisition and release processes, and coordinate billing with A/R. • Prepare routine and complex reports, correspondence, and summary field reports for managers. • Assist in proposal preparation, locate entry, and creation of submittal logs. • Track permits, vendor submittals, equipment deliveries, and invoice compliance. • Organize and submit as‑built documents and attend client coordination calls. • Monitor work quality, schedule, cost, safety and scope changes, supporting the Project Manager. • Conduct job close‑out activities and ensure quality assurance of job packets. • Research new business leads and schedule client inspections as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates should have three to five years of related experience and a high‑school diploma; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred. Strong computer literacy, especially with Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent oral and written communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities are required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. • 3–5 years of related experience. • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in construction management or engineering preferred. • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint, and internet tools. • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to solve problems, multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
