About the Role
The Quality Team Leader oversees inventory control within the warehouse, collaborating with team leads and reporting to the Warehouse Foreman. Cross‑training enables coverage for various warehouse and shipping functions, ensuring smooth operations. • Provide manufacturing with required parts promptly. • Accurately sort, stage, and maintain product inventory. • Coordinate personnel to maximize efficiency. • Conduct daily forklift inspections and ensure safe operation. • Reject damaged goods, log non‑conforming products, and manage returns. • Perform cycle counts or daily checks to maintain accurate inventory levels. • Label and place inventory in correct bin locations. • Lead and motivate team members, offering problem‑solving support. • Maintain satisfactory attendance and comply with all company policies. • Operate heavy equipment, ladders, and tools while navigating tight spaces. • Communicate accurate information and assess work quality, including color detection. • Work in environments with humidity, loud noise, dust, extreme temperatures, sheet metal, mechanical parts, and forklift traffic.

What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED is required, and the candidate must hold an AAON Forklift Certification; no college degree or additional licenses are mandatory. The position demands strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal relationships, confident decision‑making, multitasking, and organizational abilities, while thriving in fast‑paced, high‑pressure team environments. Physically, the role requires lifting up to 50 lb, standing or sitting for the majority of the shift, and exposure to seasonal temperature extremes, dust, and occasional chemical fumes. • Adapt flexibly across multiple teams and assist with variable schedules or overtime. • Lift, move, and transport parts weighing 25‑50 lb in all directions.
