What You Bring
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Technologist to join our Group in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or Waterloo, Ontario, Canada offices. In this role you will lead a team of technologists and provide technical expertise in civil engineering projects, contributing to diverse projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field is required, and professional certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) or equivalent is preferred. Candidates need a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design and construction, proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software; experience with MicroStation, InRoads, and Bentley applications is an asset. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines, are essential.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $73,800‑$117,800, reflecting skills, experience, qualifications and location. GHD offers competitive compensation and complies with pay‑transparency legislation.
