Full-cycle recruiter sourcing high-volume field trades for NC, SC, VA
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for 50‑55 requisitions across NC, SC, and VA. • Partner with hiring managers and regional HR to define job requirements and hiring strategies. • Conduct intake meetings, screen resumes, and perform phone and in‑person interviews. • Source active and passive talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and represent NearU at career fairs. • Extend offers, coordinate the offer process, and maintain accurate ATS/HRIS records. • Track weekly recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
