About the Role

The Estimating Analyst I is responsible for providing construction labor and material cost estimates for new and existing designs. This role uses analytics to support proposed costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities. Key duties include delivering labor and material cost data for projects on schedule, analyzing design costs, and coordinating with design and purchasing teams to explore alternative construction methods. The analyst also reviews design changes, updates cost estimates, and works with construction managers and vice presidents to address concerns. Additionally, the role manages daily release schedules and approves new‑home budget releases.

What You Bring
