About the Role

In this position you will lead technical solution development for complex problems, shape customer requirements through early engagement and market research, and produce proposal content including technical volumes, whitepapers, and Basis of Estimates. You will also respond to RFIs and market surveys while applying advanced methodologies such as Digital Engineering, Model‑Based Systems Engineering, DevSecOps, Agile, Cloud architectures, and AI/ML‑driven data analytics with an emphasis on System‑of‑Systems integration. • Lead technical solution development for complex Mission Technology Solutions challenges. • Shape customer requirements via early engagement, market research, and competitive analysis. • Create proposal content including technical volumes, whitepapers, and Basis of Estimates; respond to RFIs and market surveys. • Apply advanced methodologies such as Digital Engineering, MBSE, DevSecOps, Agile, Cloud, AI/ML, and System‑of‑Systems integration. • Collaborate with cross‑functional and subject‑matter expert teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The work environment includes locations in Chantilly, VA; Dayton, OH; Colorado Springs, CO; Los Angeles, CA; Valley Forge, PA; Huntsville, AL, as well as remote‑US options. Travel requirements are minimal (0‑20%) and standard working hours apply. Security clearance requirements vary by position, with some roles requiring an active Top‑Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility, while others do not. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) with an advanced degree preferred, and 5‑8 years of industry experience in solution architecture or supporting operational programs. Candidates should have proven expertise in at least one mission area, strong background in System‑of‑Systems integration, familiarity with advanced development methodologies, and demonstrated business development and proposal skills. Leadership, mentorship, and strong communication abilities are essential, as is the ability to obtain the necessary security clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred) and 5‑8 years of solution‑architecting experience. • Demonstrated expertise in Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, or Homeland Security mission areas and System‑of‑Systems architecture. • Experience leading teams or Integrated Product Teams and mentoring junior staff. • Strong communication and presentation skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement. • Ability to obtain or maintain required security clearance (Top‑Secret/TS‑SCI eligible preferred).

Basic compensation ranges from $96,400‑$144,600 for Colorado locations and $105,600‑$158,400 for California, with additional bonuses, commissions, sign‑on or relocation incentives, and other discretionary payments based on performance and internal parity.
