About the Role
Under general supervision, the role involves routine semi‑skilled maintenance tasks such as industrial machine cleaning, pump‑out and honing of machinery, production waste movement and disposal, machine filter changes, carpentry, painting, plumbing, waste management, and general cleaning. The incumbent will also support parts and maintenance inventory supplies for the Facilities, Maintenance, and Production departments. Key responsibilities include assisting the Facility Manager in achieving team goals, providing facility‑specific assistance, performing light building maintenance, handling industrial machine cleaning and waste disposal, preserving a safe and clean work environment, and delivering quality service according to organizational standards and safety practices. • Perform industrial machine cleaning, filter changes, and waste disposal according to plant processes. • Operate floor scrubbers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and industrial vacuum equipment safely. • Conduct light building maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general cleaning as needed. • Assist the Facility Manager in achieving team goals and provide ad‑hoc facility support. • Maintain a safe, organized work environment following company standards. • Manage inventory of parts and maintenance supplies for Facilities, Maintenance, and Production departments. • Provide superior customer service and maintain professionalism under stressful conditions.

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in facility, warehouse, or production support. Candidates must be proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, and industrial vacuums, and must adhere to facility standards, safety procedures, and superior customer service expectations. Physical work requirements involve frequent use of personal protective equipment, repetitive abdominal and lower‑back muscle use, bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, and the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects of 25+ pounds. Hand and motor skills are needed for pulling and stocking parts and performing other job duties. The role is on‑site in Brookville, OH, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
