About the Role

In this role you will drive account growth by building and managing strategic client relationships, representing AECOM’s full range of services across geographies. You will develop and execute account plans aligned with business strategies, uncover new integrated service opportunities, and lead diverse regional teams to achieve revenue targets while serving as the primary client interface. • Build and maintain strategic client relationships across regions and industries. • Develop and execute account plans that align with business strategies and identify new service opportunities. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver client value and meet revenue targets. • Serve as the primary interface with clients, ensuring clear communication and consistent delivery. • Utilize commercial acumen for pricing, contract negotiation and profitable growth. • Conduct environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation projects. • Participate in continuous learning through lunch‑and‑learns, professional development courses and paid study leave.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with oil & gas client account management experience, proven ability to build multi‑level relationships and influence decision makers, strong business development and consultative selling skills, and commercial acumen in pricing, contract negotiations and profitable growth. Experience in environmental contaminated land assessment and remediation projects, plus the capacity to lead through ambiguity and collaborate across diverse teams, is also desired. • Leverage oil & gas account management experience to influence decision makers. • Apply business development, consultative selling and strategic account planning skills. • Navigate ambiguity, collaborate across diverse teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
