About the Role
Key duties include routine preventive maintenance, disassembly and re‑assembly of machinery, repairs and modifications, operation of aerial lifts and PIVs, and documentation of work performed. • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery per schedule. • Disassemble, re‑assemble, and modify equipment according to guidelines. • Execute repairs and installations of various machines and building systems. • Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) and aerial lifts for equipment handling. • Conduct miscellaneous repairs, including painting and building upkeep. • Record all maintenance activities in the log. • Maintain a personal inventory of tools needed for common jobs. • Apply mathematical calculations for percentages, ratios, and measurements. • Safely lift and transport materials up to 100 lb.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (preferred), at least three years of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, a personal tool inventory, solid math abilities, and can safely handle materials up to 100 lb. • Use basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office. • Work in an environment requiring hearing protection and awareness of slippery oil‑covered floors.
