About the Role

• Produce subdivision, ALTA, topographic, and other survey maps using AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis. • Create surveys from field crew data, sketches, photos, and reference maps. • Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right‑of‑way, easements, and acquisition parcels. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Bring

Kimley‑Horn’s Lake Nona, Florida office is hiring a Surveyor in Training (SIT) with at least one year of experience to join its survey team. • Associate’s Degree and/or 32 hours of survey‑related coursework. • Certified SIT with eligibility to obtain PSM within two years. • Working knowledge of Civil 3D. • Prior relevant surveying experience. • Strong communication and technical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
