About the Role
• Repair and replace ADA operators, manual/swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors. • Service a variety of door equipment and control devices, providing preventative maintenance. • Apply carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Manage multiple projects while meeting time constraints and adhering to detailed processes. • Deliver professional, customer‑focused service both in team settings and independently. • Maintain a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.

What You Bring
The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. Candidates should have experience servicing automatic doors, with AAADM certification preferred. The role involves repairing and replacing ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors. Applicants need at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, strong mechanical aptitude, and carpentry skills for partition framing with metal or wood studs and door/window installation. A clean driving record, a positive professional attitude, the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints, teamwork as well as independent work capability, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus. • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment. • Possess AAADM certification (preferred) and at least 2 years of experience with automatic doors; familiarity with brands such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is advantageous.
