About the Role
The Transport Coordinator – Integrated Facilities Management supports end‑to‑end transport coverage for a client facility. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will ensure vehicles depart on schedule, log start times and kilometre readings, and verify staff boarding against the roster. You will also maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk, handle call logging, and report incidents such as speeding. You will act as the central liaison between the transport team, vendor supervisors and other internal groups, preserving employee personal data while meeting urgent customer needs. The role includes preparing work orders with unique reference numbers and maintaining a record of key transport‑related phone numbers. • Ensure end‑to‑end transport coverage and timely vehicle departures. • Log vehicle start times, kilometre readings and staff boarding times against the roster. • Obtain approvals for staff pickups when required. • Operate and maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk, including call logging and query handling. • Monitor, report and communicate incidents such as speeding via the Transport Helpdesk and radio. • Complete log books on arrival, excluding any excess mileage. • Use transport management software and tools for operational tasks. • Serve as primary liaison between transport team, vendor supervisors and internal stakeholders. • Protect employee personal data while addressing urgent customer needs. • Maintain a record of essential transport‑related phone numbers. • Prepare work orders and assign unique reference numbers for each request. • Generate daily, weekly and monthly transport performance reports. • Develop and monitor improvement programs within transport operations.

What You Bring
Strong analytical skills are required to prepare daily, weekly and monthly transport reports and to monitor improvement programs. The ideal candidate is a graduate of any discipline with three to five years of transport management experience in a BPO setting and demonstrates a solid aptitude for teamwork and excellence. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a focus on excellence. • Hold a graduate degree and 3‑5 years of transport management experience in a BPO environment.
