About the Role

The Field Foreman leads daily site construction work, ensuring the crew meets production goals set by leadership. This role enforces MasTec’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and industry standards such as OSHA and ANSI, while overseeing operations, quality, paperwork, and close‑out documentation. The foreman also coordinates with customers, trains crew members, maintains equipment, validates timesheets and performs additional duties as assigned. • Lead daily site construction activities to meet production goals. • Enforce MasTec’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and OSHA/ANSI standards. • Oversee daily operations, quality of work, and equipment maintenance. • Manage and submit required site paperwork and close‑out documentation. • Upload documentation to customer interfaces and coordinate site activities with the customer representative. • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to crew members. • Validate crew timesheets for management review.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least five years of industry experience, a high school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred), and be 21 years or older with a clean driver’s license. Required certifications include OSHA 10, First Aid, and safety/rescue training; WSA certification is a plus. The role demands the ability to read plans, operate aerial lifts, rigging and other construction equipment, lift 50 lb, work up to 12 hours, and travel 100 %. • Minimum five years of industry experience (10+ years preferred). • High school diploma/GED; technical degree preferred. • OSHA 10 certification; First Aid, safety, and rescue certifications required. • WSA certification is a plus. • Valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to operate company vehicles and aerial lifts. • Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW. • Capable of lifting up to 50 lb and working up to 12 hour shifts. • Must be at least 21 years old and have 100 % travel availability.
