About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring Programme Director to lead a high‑profile commission, set the strategic direction, and motivate the programme team to achieve excellence. The role involves overseeing the entire programme lifecycle, driving vision and governance, and ensuring delivery of tangible benefits for our clients. • Establish and drive programme vision aligned with strategic objectives. • Lead programme management framework to ensure transparency and stakeholder confidence. • Implement structured stakeholder engagement with senior clients, boards, investors and suppliers. • Oversee financial governance and robust reporting across the programme. • Identify and mitigate health and safety risks. • Deliver commission management meeting governance, risk, and contractual requirements.

What You Bring

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale transformation/real estate programmes (£250‑£500m) with measurable benefits. • Ability to lead full programme lifecycle or intervene at critical stages. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication, acting as a trusted partner. • Expert in industry‑best practice programme management methodologies, preferably in real estate. • Skilled at influencing senior internal and external decision‑makers. • First‑class people manager dedicated to talent development. • Strong understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements in real estate. • Experience with portfolio/programme management processes and systems. • Knowledge of various procurement methods and contract forms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field; professional membership desirable.
